Consistency.

Consistency

Engage Community MembersI have learned many things throughout 4+ years of marketing online. And the most substantial that comes to mind is CONSISTENCY. More specifically the ability to create some kind of system in which you consistently display leadership and direction. If you just keep doing that…you will learn tons of things along the way. Remember to be as humble as you can, to pay it forward to others in ways that matter to them.

The core of WTI is made up some great people who are ready to go the long term in the world of online business. Among them Jill Jacoby has demonstrated serious motivational action to keep the core folks together, to continue to build the vision of WTI and to help others along the way.  Michael Exford and Carole Smith. Deborah Lynne and Deborah Seelbach. Catherine Wilhelm. Steve Czach. Aaron Griggs. Those are just a few of the characters that gravitate around the grounds of the WTI organization.

They have taken care to maintain a consistency of community, having actually bonded as friends and business associates who value one another’s opinions and sometimes even work together in the same programs. There are no requirements to be involved in a business. But there are no rules preventing you from joining as many as you want.

At WTI we apply some criteria to the decision making process of joining a business online. We soundly consider according to those principles if a business is worthy of joining. It’s very important for a business to have: Community, Sources of Traffic, Good Marketing, Good Product(s), and Consistent Training for Duplication….based on such criteria…many businesses disqualify themselves.

I invite you to join the community. It’s free.  Start by getting involved in email communication with the team.

And continue by staying in communication.

Cheers!
